Sleep - one of the most maligned, caffinated or pharmacologized resources to which we have access - is also, terribly under-rated; ill appreciated; and, even more misunderstood.

The bottom-line: If you want to do your best, then by all means, get your sleep. Sleep is NOT a luxery, it is a necessity. So forgo the socilizing, in favor of REM-time ... unless you intend to extend your debt-for-school-time into the nebulous whenever.
